ACTION REQUIRED BY SEPTEMBER 3, 2019 

Dear Valued Member, 

Cooperative Credit Union will send out Brand New Debit Cards with Infineon Chip Technology in the 3rd week of August 2019. It is extremely important that you ACTIVATE your New Infineon Chip Debit Card by September 3, 2019 and have it ready to use. You can count on enhanced fraud protection every time you use your New Infineon Chip Card at a chip-activated terminal. 

 Activate your card by following the directions on the sticker. 

 You CANNOT use your New Infineon Chip Debit Card until September 3, 2019. 

 Your current Debit Card will be active until 2:00 AM, September 3, 2019, then your card will be forced closed, and your New Card will be ready to use. 

 Your PIN number will remain the same, but your card number has changed. 

BEGIN USING YOUR NEW DEBIT CARD ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2019. 

ALL CURRENT DEBIT CARDS WILL BE FORCED CLOSED SEPTEMBER 3, 2019. 

If your Debit Card is used to pay for Internet Services, Insurances, etc., you will need to provide your new card number to these merchants so your service is not interrupted.
